3. Bookings and Payments

• Bookings are made through the form on the website, requiring only essential data (name, email, and phone number);

• Payments can be made online via Visa, American Express, or Mastercard, or in person before the tour begins;

• A booking confirmation will be sent to the provided email address.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations are allowed without penalty up to 24 hours before the tour;

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded.

5. Service Usage Rules

• Seat belts must be worn during the tours;

• Children under the age of majority must be accompanied by a responsible adult;

• The company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone not complying with these rules.

6. Third-Party Recommendations
If our team is unable to provide the tour, we may recommend external partners. The
provision of the service will then be under the responsibility of these third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability
Infinite Twirl is not responsible for:

• Damages or losses caused by delays or changes due to weather conditions, traffic, or other factors beyond our control;

• Lost items during the tours.

8. Alternative Dispute Resolution
In case of dispute or conflict, the consumer may resort to Alternative Dispute Resolution
(commonly known as RAL), which includes mediation, conciliation, and arbitration.
